Designer. Innovator. Contributor.

I am a Mechanical Engineering student at the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering driven by a passion for designing products that make a real difference. I thrive on bringing ideas from initial concept to working prototype by pairing 3D CAD modeling with precision machining and hands-on fabrication.

My path at Florida State University began in the Engineering Living Learning Community, where team challenges in the First-Year Engineering Lab (FYEL) first hooked me on collaborative design. As my studies advanced through courses like Materials Science, Mechatronics, and the Mechanical Engineering Tools Lab, my interests expanded into nanotechnology, adaptive control, and advanced CAD. Outside the classroom, I earned equipment certifications through the campus Makerspace and designed custom components using Formlabs SLA printers at the FSU Innovation Hub.

Fascinated by the intersection of biotechnology, mechatronics, and product design, I joined Generational Relief in Prosthetics (GRiP) to build custom assistive devices for individuals with limb differences. A major highlight was collaborating with my project team to design and fabricate a fully functional, elbow-actuated prosthetic arm for a 7-year-old girl with Type II Radial Aplasia.

I am actively seeking Summer 2027 internships in Product Design, Medical Technology, and Industrial Automation, fields where I can leverage my full design-to-build skillset to solve impactful, real-world problems.
